Happy New Year Beauties!! I know I'm three days late on that greeting, but, I figure I'm still in the safe zone of the first seven days of the new year. Who can believe another year has come and gone? I was just joking with a friend of mine that as I get older the years seem to get shorter. Do you have the same feeling? All jokes aside 2013 was a roller coaster year we had major triumphs and a few minor fails that we've learned from.

2014 is a milestone year for our company and we have so many special events and products planned for this year. Last year we realized we were stuck in a rut and spent the last six months developing new ways to re-connect with our Beauties. We asked for and listened to all your feed back. We need to go back to the essence of how our company first started out by hosting intimate events. We love creating intimate experiences for our Beauties. Mani Monday: Protect Your Hands

Hey Beauties, I know we all love our mani’s. I know I sure do. But, last week when I went for my bi-weekly mani I had a major revelation while waiting for my nails to dry. I noticed my normal nail boutique swapped out their traditional nail dryers for individual UV nail dryers. I immediately thought of the major health risk the UV lights imposed on our skin. As we all know UV (ultra violet) rays has been known to cause skin cancer, skin damage and premature aging just to name a few. So Beauties if your regular nail boutique currently uses individual UV nail dryers you can do one of two things. You can turn off the UV lights and let the cool air blow since most offer this option or you can be sure to use an SPF 30 or higher to protect your hands from the harmful rays.
