Hey Beauties after a very long hiatus we are finally back to blogging. In fact we're excited to announce our newest segment titled Beauty Geek. The premise behind our Beauty Geek posts is to take a beauty topic or ingredient and break down how and why they work in a chic and geeky way. Our first post is going to launch Thursday August 27th so be sure to tune in and let us know if there is a beauty topic or ingredient you would like us to breakdown in a chic and geeky way!

Nidasii Beauty: Why Curlista's Moisturize With Our Whipped Body Butters

Hey Beauties warm weather season is finally here and that means Curlista's can finally wash and go without the fear of catching pneumonia. As for me I'm an easy breezy kind of girl so most days during this time of year I start my day  by wetting or co-washing my hair in the shower. Then I blot my hair with a towel to absorb the excess water. Next I apply one of our whipped body butters usually Mango-go this time of year because it gives my hair the best fragrance and the aroma always reminds me of summer. It also helps that our body butters are whipped to a smooth and creamy mousse consistency because it absorbs into the hair follicles rather than sit on top of the hair shaft causing it to appear dull as well as cause residue build up. Next, I usually divide my hair into four sections and apply our whipped body butter to each section to ensure each section is properly moisturized. Once each section has been moisturized the only thing left to do is leave my hair out or pull all my juicy coils into a top knot bun, which happens to be my go to look most spring/summer days.

Nidasii Beauty Getaway Weekend

Hey Beauties!! We're finally back to blogging. There's been a lot going on behind the scenes here at Nidasii with all the new products and fragrances we're preparing to launch for summer. But, enough about that stuff. I have some incredibly exciting news. We're planning a Nidasii Beauty Getaway weekend! Everytime I think about it I have the biggest grin on my face. In April of 2015 we're planning to escape to a tropical location like Cancun Mexico for a weekend of exotic beauty treatments and discussions on how we can continue to beautify ourselves from the inside out. If next winter turns out to be anything like this past winter I'm sure we all will be ready for an island escape. And, of course it would not be an official Nidasii Beauty Getaway without a Delux Beauty Bag stuffed with some of our products available exclusively to the beauty boutiques and spas we partner with. Not to mention tons of other incredibly decadent items. If you would like to join us on this weekend getaway please feel free to leave us a comment below!

Nidasii News: Happy New Year & Beauty News

 

Happy New Year Beauties!! I know I'm three days late on that greeting, but, I figure I'm still in the safe zone of the first seven days of the new year. Who can believe another year has come and gone? I was just joking with a friend of mine that as I get older the years seem to get shorter. Do you have the same feeling? All jokes aside 2013 was a roller coaster year we had major triumphs and a few minor fails that we've learned from.

2014 is a milestone year for our company and we have so many special events and products planned for this year. Last year we realized we were stuck in a rut and spent the last six months developing new ways to re-connect with our Beauties. We asked for and listened to all your feed back. We need to go back to the essence of how our company first started out by hosting intimate events. We love creating intimate experiences for our Beauties. In fact our next Beauty Experience will be in February if you would like to join us be sure to sign up here. Just in time for Valentines day you will experience decadent body treats exclusively for the attendees of this event.  Not to mention the our luscious mani/pedi menu. Nidasii Beauty Concierge: Day 7 & 8

Day 7 & 8:

Hey Beauties time sure is flying and we can't believe it's the seventh day of our Beauty Concierge service. I guess the old saying is true..."time fly's when your having fun". Today we serviced our Beauties in the neighborhoods of Williamsburg and Fort Greene in Brooklyn. Then we headed over to Manhattan where we serviced our Beauties in Harlem, Midtown & the Lower East Side. Only two days left and then it's all over until next year.

Day 8:

Day 8 of the Beauty Concierge was bonkers!! Today we were flooded with requests. I think today everyone realized they now have less than a week left to complete their shopping  before Christmas. We literally serviced our Beauties in what seemed like every neighborhood in Brooklyn. It feels great knowing we can take the pressure off our Beauties and put their minds at ease.That's exactly why we came up with the idea for the Beauty Concierge. When you don't have the time to go out and shop or wait for an order you placed at the last minute to arrive we're here to fill that void.

Nidasii Beauty Concierge: Day 6....It's Snowing!!

Day 6:

Hey Beauties! It's day 6 of the Beauty Concierge and it's snowing...again! This morning I awoke to find at least an inch of snow on the ground. This is the second time in three days we've been hit with snow. But, no worries for our Beauty Concierge members because despite the predicted three to five inches of snow we were out and about making scheduled deliveries to our Beauties!
